Sobamae is the mindful practice in Japan to enjoy sake before eating soba noodles. Museum of Sake is hosting this event to share the spirit of Sobamae by offering sake tasting followed by an immersive soba making demonstration by soba master Takashi Fujita, the owner chef at Fujino from Osaka, Japan. There will be 2 workshops scheduled.
