With a history spanning over 2,000 years, now is a really exciting time to be discovering sake. WSET School London Sake Educator and Sake Samurai Natsuki Kikuya will explore the concept of 'regionality' in sake in her next webinar via Zoom.
Natsuki will introduce each region’s geography, climate, cultural and historical factors and how these have impacted the styles of sake produced today. Natsuki is our primary WSET Level 3 Award in Sake educator and consulted on the development this prestigious qualification - in this webinar she will aim to answer some of the questions she is most frequently asked on this course, primarily:
Does sake express its terrior?
Is there any regional variation for sake?
